Hartwell & Vale is a regional personal-injury firm with seventeen office locations competing against four national advertisers buying every SERP. Their organic presence was generic: one practice-area page per service type, no location-specific content, and inconsistent Google Business Profile management across offices.
What we did
We ran a hyperlocal content programme: one dedicated practice-area page per city, reviewed and signed off by the partner in that office, with genuine local context. We paired this with rigorous citation management and Google Business Profile optimisation for all seventeen locations, including weekly review responses and monthly GBP posts.
The results
Within eighteen months, Hartwell & Vale held the #1 local pack position in 14 of 17 target cities. Qualified calls increased 218%. Organic-attributed signed cases grew 6.2x, making organic their most cost-effective acquisition channel by a significant margin.
