/ 01 · Technical SEO

Before you write another
article, fix the foundation.

Technical SEO is the plumbing. It's never glamorous, rarely visible, and the single highest-leverage investment most sites are sitting on. We run 140-point audits, ship findings as prioritized engineering tickets, and pair with your dev team through implementation.

Crawl & Index Audit

Full crawl analysis, log-file forensics, and robots/XML sitemap architecture.

Core Web Vitals

LCP, INP, CLS optimization with frame-perfect performance budgets.

Schema & Structured Data

Full schema.org markup, validation, and rich-result monitoring.

JS Rendering & SSR

Deep debugging for SPAs, Next.js, hybrid rendering, and dynamic content.

/ 02 · On-Page Optimization

The boring work compounds the most.

Nobody posts LinkedIn wins about title-tag rewrites. But five quarters of disciplined on-page work out-performs one quarter of flashy pivots, every single time. This is the engine room.

Keyword Mapping

Every page mapped to one primary intent and three supporting queries.

Meta & Title Refresh

Rewrites tested against CTR benchmarks. Data-backed, not guesswork.

Internal Link Sculpting

Priority paths mapped, orphaned pages surfaced, hub-and-spoke clusters built.

Content Refreshes

Existing pages audited quarterly, updated for freshness and intent shifts.

/ 03 · Content Strategy

Less content.
Better content.

We don't run content mills. We write fewer articles, research them deeper, and edit them harder. Every piece has a strategic purpose tied to a buyer-journey stage — and a defined metric for what success looks like.

Editorial Calendars

Quarterly calendars mapped to revenue outcomes and buyer-journey stages.

Writer Briefs

3–5 page briefs per article: intent, outline, sources, tone, internal links.

Editorial Review

Two-pass editing from senior editors — line edits, then a structural pass.

Topic Clusters

Pillar pages with 6–12 supporting articles, interlinked for topical authority.

/ 05 · Local & International

One locale or forty-two.

Whether you're a single-storefront local business competing for a 3-mile radius or a multinational launching in eight new markets, the fundamentals are the same — they just scale differently. We've shipped both.

Local SEO & GMB

Multi-location GMB management, review strategy, and local-pack optimization.

hreflang Architecture

Full hreflang and ccTLD strategies for multi-region, multi-language sites.

Geo-Targeted Pages

Scalable city/service page templates that don't trigger doorway penalties.

Market Expansion

SEO-led market-entry playbooks for new country launches.

Things every client asks us on call one.

How long until we see results?
Honestly, it depends. A technically sound site with weak content can see movement in 60–90 days. A brand-new domain with no authority is typically a 9–12 month build. On the first call we'll tell you a realistic range based on what we see — we'd rather lose the deal than oversell it.
Do you work on a retainer or project basis?
Both. Most engagements are monthly retainers with a 90-day minimum (because SEO outcomes rarely show up in 30). We also run standalone technical audits, migration engagements, and fixed-scope content sprints when that fits better.
Will you sign an NDA and work with our internal team?
Yes to both. Most of our clients have in-house marketing and dev teams. We slot in where we add the most value — usually strategy, technical depth, and editorial process — and hand off whatever your team can execute better than us.
What tools do you use for reporting?
GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs as the primary stack, plus a custom Looker Studio dashboard we build per-client. Every client gets read access to every tool from day one. No "we'll send you a PDF at month-end" nonsense.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No — and anyone who does is either lying or about to get penalized. What we do guarantee: a concrete 90-day roadmap, weekly written updates, transparent reporting, and a team that'll tell you the truth even when it's uncomfortable.

Not sure which service you need?

That's usually the right place to start. The free audit surfaces which levers will move your numbers fastest — and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it.
