How soon can you start?

New engagements usually begin three to five weeks after contract signing — we onboard properly
rather than rushing into activity. If you've got a migration deadline or a launch window,
tell us in your first message and we'll let you know honestly whether we can accommodate.

Do you work with clients outside North America?

Yes. Roughly 30% of our clients are UK- or EU-based, with a handful in Australia. Our working
hours overlap comfortably with the UK and most of Europe; APAC engagements require some
flexibility on both sides.

What's a typical engagement size?

Retainers start at $6,000 per month and most established engagements sit in the $10–20k range.
Project work (migrations, one-off audits, strategy sprints) is priced per scope. We're
deliberately not the cheapest option in the category.

Will I be dealing with the person who replies to this form?

Yes. First replies come from one of our two founders. If we progress to a discovery call,
you'll also meet the senior strategist who would lead your account. No handoffs to
salespeople, no unfamiliar account managers showing up after signing.
