The challenge

Ledger Bloom is a fintech SaaS with a best-in-class product and a crawl budget problem. Their React-based marketing site was rendering critical content client-side, which meant Googlebot was indexing empty shells. Their help centre was built on a third-party platform that created thousands of near-duplicate URLs. And their content marketing consisted of sporadic blog posts with no strategic framework.

What we did

We rebuilt the JS rendering layer to serve pre-rendered HTML for all marketing pages, reducing time-to-indexable-content from 8 seconds to under 200ms. We migrated the help centre to a static stack hosted on the same domain, consolidating 1,200 thin articles into 340 comprehensive guides. We launched a 40-article comparison programme targeting bottom-of-funnel intent: every article compared Ledger Bloom against a named competitor on specific feature sets, with honest assessments of where each product was stronger.

The results

Organic sessions grew 412% in nine months. Non-brand impressions crossed 9M in Q4, up from 2.1M. Ninety-three keywords reached page one, including twelve with commercial intent that directly attributed to $2.1M in new ARR. The comparison content alone drove 34% of organic conversions.
